Call the IRS @ 1-800-829-1040, they can access your account and see what the hold up is

Pending means that it's in work. If there is an actual problem, the IRS will be in touch. Trust me on that!

Most likely they are performing a small audit. I wouldn't worry about it if you know that you filed correctly.
