When I was on Weightwatchers I swore by the zero point soup. Basically you just boil up loads of veg, anything but potatoes and sweetcorn basically, with 4 vegetable oxo cubes. You can either blend it smooth using a hand blender (this way is dead useful as you can chuck in veg you don't normally enjoy) or leave it chunky. Any time you feel hungry just grab a big bowl, it's zero point so you can fill up, get healthy and save your points for other stuff. Its great if you have used all your points up on a big lunch, you can eat a few bowls of this for tea and still stick to the diet. Great for snack attacks too :) I used to make a HUGE pan and freeze it in portions, so I always had some in.

I'm not on WeightWatchers but I noticed on my Lean Cuisines they have WeightWatchers' Points. I like the Roasted Potato and Brocolli or the Chicken Ceasar for lunch.

Slive a courgette really thin, marinade in a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, crack some black pepper over it and serve with a grilled mackerel. Delicious and you haven't made Weight-wtachers any richer.
