Where does it say that if u commit suiscide u will get 40/72 virgins in quraan?

salam all

a lot of non muslims claim that in our islamic relegion
if a muslim commit suiside ...he will get 40/72 virgins??

will im a muslim and i searched in the quraan about this big lie
but i didnt found any thing!!

i think it's all a big lie from non muslims or the terrorists who claim
that they are muslims and incourege muslims to suiscide by making lies like this!!

It doesn't say anywhere in the Qur'an about 72 virgins, suicide or not. This is a lie purported by the radical leaders in the Middle East to sucker more people under their personal beliefs.

Actually, the Qur'an basically says that suicide only guarantees Hell.

If this is a lie by non-muslims...why are so many muslims falling for it? Are muslims so ignorant as to fall for lies by non-muslims? You should really give your people more credit... This is a lie spoken by Muslim Clerics...not non-muslims.

The Tirmadhi also mentioned (part 7, page 161 of his book) that the apostle of God said:

"The martyr will be married to seventy-two wives of the houris. He has the right to intercede for seventy of his relatives" (page 44).

It's not true. And they aren't virgins. They are hand maidens. It was translated wrong.
