(In case she doesn't already have one...)
My son just turned two and didn't have any Power Wheels yet. I got him the Diego Jeep 4X4 (Fisher Price) and I can't keep him off of that thing, he LOVES it!!!

Why buy her anything? She's 2!! Parents think that children have to HAVE stuff to be happy, but all you're teaching them is to live over stimulated lives. I have three boys, and we have always did something special, when they were younger we would wear party hats and go to the library or book store and pick out a "special book" to read for a bed time story. To this day my 12 year old likes going to Borders on a Saturday morning, just the two of us. Do something special with her, she'll only be 2 once, and time goes by so fast. She's gonna have plenty of time to have parties, and "want" things. Enjoy the time with her do something special but don't buy more stuff!

Nothing. If you have friends and family who will be giving your child gifts, your child really won't notice or care that you didn't. Trust me, they have no idea who gives them what at that age.
Bake a cake, sing happy birthday, and call it good. You can't get away with this later on, now's the time to cut back on all that stuff (since you say they have everything anyway). When my oldest son turned two we had a birthday party with friends and asked for charitable donations (toys for a charity instead of my son). That was the best.
If you MUST get a present, get a fun lift-the-flap book with some educational value. Have fun!

My daughter is 2. For both her birthday's we chose a children's charity to donate to. We also asked party guests to do the same. I think this is beneficial for a lot of reasons, it's always good to celebrate life with giving. I think it's a great message for our daughter. She of course still gets a few gifts to open from family and friends.
Good luck and blessings!

I sometimes do clothes if they need them, my girls love clothes. I also look and see if there is anything they want. I always run into this problem when it is gift giving time, my girls have so many toys, but there is always something they want. If she likes Dora the explorer find something like that. Good luck.
