I see that it has been sent but the message I get is...The fax doc cannot be displayed because your operating system doenst have a default view for fax documnets. (.tif files)
What can I do to view my sent faxes?

Right click on a .tiff file. select the "open with" command and pick a program to be the default. Windows picture and fax viewer and internet exploxer can both show tiffs.
If you don't have a option for open with, Hold down the shift key and right click on the file.

is just bcos your system dose not have tiff program, so scam ur document with format ur oprecting system support or u will go to market to buy that very program inorder to view the document. e.g u scan a document to be view with adobe reader and you don't have adobe reader on ur system, ur cannot be able to view that very doucument until u store adober reader program on ur system or if can be able to convert that very document to one programs u have on ur system. e.g ms word , ms word pad, ms page maker etc

for convenient purpose, you could get an image viewer such as 'Irfanview'. It's a free ware without any adware, spyware, or any malware. It's been around since win9x.
