Are you trying to find out how long a bottle will last,or are you trying to find out how long before shampoo expires?
I assume you mean the latter, in which case,shampoos generally will expire,or start to lose efficiency, 24 months after opening,but most folks get through a 12 ounce bottle(the average size ) before two years pass.
KEEP IT REAL!

If you mean how long can a bottle of shampoo last, if you never wash your hair, it will last forever. :)

They usually will have a small expiration date on the label at the back, there should be a small black tub- reading 6M, 12M 24M
M= Months
Shampoo usually lasts 12M
Hope this helps

Opened, I would say probably at least 6 months or so... or until the smell changes or it's starting to get a funky consistency.

It depends on the chemicals......many have expiration dates. If they don't call the company and ask or if no info is given it may never go bad!!

I don't think it goes bad, useless it has medication or "active ingredients" then it would have an expiration date on it.
