My new sweetie has moved back to the area, and he won't sleep with me. He will perform oral but won't go any further. he says the time is not right, but I think it is something else.

Maybe he respects you enough not to rush . Maybe he wants everything to be perfect and see if your the one for him . Respect his wishes and let him be a gentleman .

how in the world would we know the answer to that one...he is the only one who knows. Ask him what it will take for the time to be right. He is the only source for an answer on this one...all we can do is guess and that could get really crazy on this site

im a guy and from what i think he is prob. just not ready for that much of a commitment...he might think its moving to fast for him..let him deside when the time is right to where he is comfertable

Maybe he has an STD, or herpes. I wouldn't go near him without a condom. Every one should practice safe sex.
