i have applied for the passport. i want to do my MS in US. i didn't write GRE and TOEFL exams yet. im looking to take the coaching after my final yr exams. so can any one tell me the process till the end ? i also want to know how can i apply for a university if want scholarship?

The process in short:
(1) Answer exams (GRE/TOEFL/etc)
(2) Research and shortlist universities based on your academic credentials and scores
(3) Prepare documentation for application (SoP, get recommendation letters, etc)
(4) Fill online applications
(5) Followup! Follow up !
