There are many benifits here they are. Your body can get rid of waste. Your liver works better which the main job of the Liver is to metabolize fat. Well since the Liver can do the same job as the kidney meaning filter blood if there is no water in the body the liver wont metabolize fat as well. So the more water the better your body matabolizes fat. loose weight. Help clean your skin and also decrease your hunger pangs. hydratation but to be honest it doesnt do much for my skin or my finger nails... I wonder why people always say that your skin looks healthier blah blah blah. I drink up to 3 Lt of water a day and I just go to the bathroom that's it.
