What is your favorite Nascar track and tell me why. I will give the best answer to the person who explains it the best.

Personally I love Bristol. I am a huge short track fan and they are always getting into wrecks and rubbin each other and everything at Bristol. and since its the fastest short track there is no way that watching that race is ever boring.

I do have to agree with you to a certain point because short track racing is very exciting. However, my favorite track would have to be Lowe's Motor Speedway. I am HUGE Jimmie Johnson fan, and since this is his home (best) track I have to say this is my favorite.

I am always on the edge of my seat watching a Lowe's race because its expected for Jimmie to do well. I can tell you that I have watched him start dead last, and make his way to the front to win the race. And it wasn't just luck because I've saw him do it more than once. I've also watched him win a race there when they thought he was having battery problems, but something be wrong with the gage. He never gave up. Lowe's is a track that allows for a lot of racing between the cars.

So that in a nut shell is why Lowe's Motor Speedway is my favorite track.

definitely Lowe's Motor Speedway, it has a nice facility and i love the racing there all the time. Let's reflect on some good things that happened there:
a. Jamie McMurray's first win
b. Nextel All Star Challenge
c. The Winston
d. Sterling Marlin's crew chief trips and falls after the team wins the race
e. Jimmie
f. Kasey
g. Close Finishes(never really a blowout, besides watching Kasey get that 20 second lead in Fall '04)
h. Pass in the Grass
i. Racing shops close by

It hasn't been seen yet but Las Vegas Motor Speedway might be the best track there is because they have done a lot to it. They have totally re done the track, tore up the infield, put new bleachers down, a new fence, and are putting new buildings. They will race there on 3-11-07 which will be the official race day.

Bristol & Pocono . Bristol 43 cars driving in a bathtub . Pocono a superspeedway that drives like a roadcourse . Man it just doesn't get any better than that .

Darlington. There is so much history in that old race track. She truely is too tough to tame. I will never forget watching Earnhardt running around that track.
