I am 37 and im just really seeing the results after about six months, that is with daily exercise and running about averagely two to three miles a day. I would suggest that you drink plenty of water, and I have read that to use some pain pills very sparingly can help you push yourself a bit further, but not to the point of injury. Youll have to condition your muscles to get ready for a good workout. I wont say in a month, but its best to say with a steady routine you will see so much more by the middle of summer. Stay with it. I lost about 30 pounds in six months maybe more.
Drink water and start first by walking and running, then if you can start running. Read some sites about running, and see how you can use the treadmill to get the best results. I use it at a 1.0 incline and run at 7.0-8.0 for about three to four miles. In the past two weeks ive lost like 8 pounds, meaning I am losing more now as my metabolism increases. Stick with it for life. You can do it.

Be careful not to over work your body. It's good that you do cardio everyday but you also need to give your body a chance to heal. If you want results faster i recommend having at least 2 days in a week to rest. other than that you can start seeing results 2-3 weeks into your work out.

It depends on what type of shape you are in right now. If you are heavy and don't have much activity, you may see result rather quickly in the beginning and then start to not notice them as much. You'll still be toning and losing, it just won't be as noticable. It just depends on how intense you do cardio and your workouts. Shoot for at least 25 minutes of cardio to be sure to get to your target heart rate. Best of luck!!

You will feel different within two weeks, more energy etc. You probably won't start to LOOK different for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the intensity of your exercise and also on your diet.
