I was wondering i am collecting unemployment right now ,and i was just wondering how to get a loan, i have the steady income of 1448 bring home a month from unemployment.Most sites ask if you are working?But I am not working and wondering with making unemployment how do i get a loan I heard of people doing this but dont know what site and how,,please help???????

Depends on how much you are looking to borrow and the health of your credit report. Unemployment is still income although public assistance is a red flag for most lenders. It's not impossible, but you might need a co-signer.

Unemployment can not be uses as a reasonable base for a loan. If you have no income, why are you borrowing money. This is not a smart thing to do. If the borrowing is for a business, then you need to note the business as the source to repay the loan.

Most lenders will not count unemployment income due to the fact that it is temporary income. You may try an American General or similiar lender.

If you have non-normal income, you may have to ask for an individual interview and explain your circumstances. This would apply to people like authors and other self-employed, and people on disability. Regular income usually makes loaners happy, high debts already does not.
