It is a pain, but you can do a custom install, and then you have to select which components you want to install. You can also run programs from the cd, or do not install at all.

You can customize your install from the CD.

If u install from a CD then u have the option of selecting wat is necessary..
If ur downloading.. then there are no issues :)
