God is saying it is impossible for those who have tasted of my goodness, who have been enlightened, who has received from the Holy Ghost (Spirit) to be renewed again if they fall away.
A falling away is becoming a back slider, a religious person who knows the Word of God, who knows the difference between right and wrong, just and unjust however does not live that way.
Jesus Christ being the advocate for us unto the Father prays for us becasue He died for our sins. He is married to the backslider. Therefore we can turn from our wicked ways and rediedicate our lives to God. However for those who know the Word and makes a conscience decision to continue to be disobedient to God they will become as reprobates with hardened hearts; seeing right as wrong and wrong as right. The Father said he would allow those to believe a strong delusion because they do not want to know the truth. That is why it becomes impossible for those to renew themselves in Him.

This is the warning against turning away.
Hebrews 6:9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

This verse makes it clear that the author's warning in Hebrews 6:4-6 was not given because he felt these Hebrew Christians were either not saved or were in danger of losing their salvation. He was aware of the things that accompany salvation in their lives (Hebrews 6:10). Note also the assurance in Hebrews 6:19 that our hope in Christ is "an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast."

The tenth verse is just saying that He will not forget the works done and how the people was showing love.

Ok read the verses again and pay particular attention to what is being said in verse 8

But that which beareth thorns and briers [is] rejected, and [is] nigh unto cursing; whose end [is] to be burned.

See the word "But" and about the thorns? God is peaking about those who produce bad witness to God,

And in verse 9 we see "But" again.
¶ But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

and in verse 10 we see God's reassurance towards those who do good things.

Hbr 6:10 For God [is] not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

I fail to see why you could not see that

Read the remainder of the Chapter. The picture I get is that even though God is judgemental, He is also a merciful God; which gives me the picture of the perfect Father.

The perfect parent on earth would discipline (judge) their children, but at the same time show mercy on their children. This is how I see God.

Of course with the keen sharp as a whip intelligence of a Banana Snake How could you doubt that I could understand that. Anytime you find something that needs clarification in the Bible just bring it to the attention of the Banana Snake. I hope that helped thanks.

To me it means that God does not overlook the good things that you do, and they are related to your salvation. It is unclear, and this will open a can of worms. Basically, no one really will know what it means, it is left up to the reader to interpret ( but not take literally) for themselves.
