Age has a lot to do with it. If, by boys & girls you meen under 19, then they should not be sharing or even doing any of that. Over 18 is legal in most countries, but why use a cell? There's so much more detail on a computer screen.

It is very unhealthy. Boys and girls should not be doing these things. Although, it is not surprising that boys find it fun, the girls should have more self respect and not engage in such behavior. It seems they may be the unwitting dupes in their boyfriend's power trip.
It should be forbidden, it should be stopped, and it should be punished(much like illegal drug use and distribution). The reality is in the majority of cases it can't be and it won't be stopped. For every one person that would be caught, 1000 other people wouldn't. So, bottom line, encourage your friends not to do these things(even if it makes you look like a dork).
Stand up for what is right, don't give into peer pressure. You will be better off in the end. While you are at Harvard getting your Law degree, these knuckleheads will be at home, unwed, have five kids and be on welfare. Most likely, they will be alcoholics or drug addicts(escaping from the pressures of early parenthood). The boys will be working in factories trying to cover the cost of their children's medical care, drinking in bars(escaping from the same pressures as the moms), and getting into trouble with the police.
There is one bright spot to all of this however. They will remember you, see all of your accomplishments, see how you stood up for what was right even under INTENSE pressures, and will vote for you to be the next President of the United States. You will win in a landslide victory. You will be their hero and you will fight for more government funding to help them pick themselves up from the messes they got into in the first place. God bless you and good luck. You will be enormously successful!

I just don't get it, honestly. To me what happens between two people sexually should be a private intimate time between the two of them. I guess some people get off on exhibitionism and if they both agree to it and are consenting adults, then so be it. To each their own. What bothers me so much is you said boys and girls.....teenagers! If these are underage kids then it should be stopped and people should be prosecuted, but if they are of legal age and choose to do this, then I guess it's their business. I certainly wouldn't want my friends sending me emails of their sex life. I have a great sex life of my own with my wife and it's a very special, private thing to us. Yes, I was wild and young not that long ago and did some crazy stuff, but sometimes that stuff comes back to haunt you later on in life. I also think teenagers should think of sex as something special and you only share with someone very special in your life. They just seem to think it's no big deal. When I heard a recent poll saying that most teenagers think that oral sex is no different than kissing, I was shocked. Wonder what's next? Good question by the way.

This is never acceptable, no matter where you are. Sex between two consenting adults should be private and only between them. Young people should take sex more seriously than they take it, but do you really want to see your private moments on your friend's cell phone? You must respect yourself more than that. If other people don't respect themselves, then that is their burden to bear, but don't do it because it's a popular thing. I think it is horrible myself. People that respect themselves do not feel the need to show their butts (literally) on a phone.

It can come back to bite them down the road...you never know when (even years later) those sex videos (or photos) will show up somewhere and end someone's career, cause them to lose a job, miss an opportunity, etc.
Not to mention, teen sex is illegal many places and the viewing of teen sex (esp by adults) is and should be illegal.
