Ppl say that all the time. I don't support it, but I am not going to waste any more time thinking about all the hateful or stupid things people do. I don't expect people to respect others, Do not expect goodness in ppl, you will be sorely disappointed.
Expecting the world to be good to you because you are a good and kind person is like expecting a bull to not atttack you because you are a vegetarian?

This pastor is not being a true Christian by saying things like this. He should be encouraging tolerance and acceptance of everyone, as stated in the BIBLE. In my mind, he is a terrible representation of Christianity.

I think that's a stellar example of the christian love I grew up with...
