Please give "thumbs up" ratings to good answers. This
definitely encourages more worthwhile answers. Why?
Because each one given to a best answer means 1
additional point -up to 50 more! It is fun to receive 10
points for a best answer, but imagine how much happier
you'd feel to receive 60 points for a best answer?

There are a number of different options here if you're looking for more than just snapshot printing.

If you're interested in fine art reproductions either on canvas or giclee prints you may want to try:

http://www.colsonartprinting.com
http://www.pauldudagallery.com
http://www.allpconline.com

Or for canvas work:

http://finerworks.com
http://www.gotocanvas.com

Not all these services provide upload ability -BUT- they will take digital images via email. These services, especially when compared to the commercial offerings like Shutterfly are very expensive. They can charge setup and run fees in addition to their printing fees depending on the size and number of prints you're looking for.

They also carry a strong warranty on fade and other degradation issues, so in a sense you get what you pay for.

I find Giclee prints very pleasing to the eye and to my eye they carry a high dynamic range. A great article on the process can be found at:

Good luck in your search!
