they die the same way they would in any other room. I don't quite understand your question are they terminally ill if so you need to call a doctor to confirm that they have died and then phone a funeral directors to move them to their chapel of rest. I they are not ill and were not expected to die then i think you need to phone a doctor or ambulance as they will need a autopsy to find out why they died.
