i want to compress the software upto 99% so i need the software for it dose any one know about it or not

Abouyt the best you will get is winzip. you can get trial versions from www.winzip.com.
BUT mo way can it do 99% compression on most files... the best it can get is about 50% on a typical mix of files.
You can't compress more without (a) a really low density file or (b) throwing away data. A .bmp will compress >90%, but a program may compress by less than 50%.
