The second time (after being together 6 months)I took her back, it only lasted 3 weeks...now after 3 month apart she thinks it will work...i care about her but im not sure.... what do you think? what would you predict the 3rd time will last?

I broke up with my bf & gf first in Oct, then again in Nov, then in Dec. The final time was in late January of '06.
The important thing I learned from this was unless you have a good reason to believe things will be different, unless the reason you left is no longer a valid reason, don't take them back.

It really just depends on the emotions you have for eachother and how much you've gone through over the last relationships. Would you think the third time is worth it after all that happened? I had the choice of going back with my ex-boyfriend, but I didn't take it, because during the time when we were just "friends" we still had our arguements about stupid things, and I realized that I didn't want to go back to it and that I could find much better out there.

No it won't work because neither one of you have really look at the problem of the relationship. Until you both admit that there a problem and are will to make changes in the relationship you have a change, but if one of you don't see the problem its not going to work. I think you need to cut her loose and work on yourself and ask yourself what is it in a woman I want? Once you know don't settle for little. Remember one day you are going to want to get married and you want to find a woman you would like to have 84 kids.

I think you should tell her you guys are better off friends. If you keep going back to her, She'll keep doing this to you. You need to put your foot down, but not to hard. You don't want to crush her.
