Apparently a portion of Visio was purchased and developed by MS Corp. (the portion used for diagraming). I was hoping to upgrade my Visio Technical 5.0 but cannot even find the Visio Corporation now. I know that they were working on a program comparable to the best in the CAD market. I have found references to Visio Technical 2000 at Amazon.com, but they don't stock it.

And of course MS Corp will not respond except to sell me their version of the diagramming thing.

If you can help, I would appreciate it.

I thought Microsoft bought ALL of Visio... so the company doesn't exist any more.

Oh, and then made a microsoft job of the application they'd bought.
