My brother is in his mid-thirties and loves to drink it up on the weekends. Is it weird that his hands tremble during the middle of the week?

no because he is going through withdrawals...he is probably an alcoholic....

yes it is weird, he might have a bad alcohol addication, and that can cause bad problems for the people aroung him, u might need to find out if that is it and if it is go get him help.
