Jihadists today invoke the Quran to justify the worst terrorist crimes. Throat slitting of infidels is mentioned in the Quran. Al-Mawardi (d. 1058), the prominent 11th century jurist quoted this verse, specifically, « When you encounter those who deny (the Truth) then strike (their) necks. » (Quran 47 :4), in his learned discussion of jihad. This ritual execution is also mentioned in other Muslim legal texts and in narratives of Christian and prominent Muslim historians. Today it is performed against infidels and recorded on videotape for the edification of Muslim audiences.
When the average pious Muslim reads a verse like 2:132 (“And this was the legacy that Abraham left to his sons, and so did Jacob; ‘Oh my sons! Allah hath chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the Faith of Islam’”) or 3:67 (“Abraham was not a Jew nor yet a Christian; but he was true in Faith, and bowed his will to Allah’ (which is Islam), and he joined not gods with Allah”), he understands what so many imams tell him: that the true Jews and Christians of today are the Muslims, and the people who go by those names are renegades and rebels against God.
This is of course nonsense.

sure - vast majority of the folk oppose and ... the the main appropriate. Your question provide a sprint that the different least-element of Muslim help or inspire terrorism ...." How is it good. that's a real actuality and genuine actuality is that. yet, on the concepts of a faith, if a team or somebody will become violent, or a team belongs purely to a minimum of one faith doing terrorist activities, it fairly is totally organic, the religion or the non secular chief may well be blamed by potential of the information media. there is not any selection. Even in own case, non secular disputes and quarrels have arisen between the landlords and labourers the place the comparable became justice - the efficient to impose the penalty on the powerless. Even in case of the Governments and monarchy, there is not any distinction. On my pointers on a thank you to evade such quarrels to terrorism, i chanced on the only one way - the grass-root point administration in place or democracy (village point, by potential of final all the site visitors facility for the perpetrator to flee) and to an stunning quantity, the abode Minister could take in the bridal of the folk, supported by potential of the suited court docket. President and best Minister. Terrorism is the youngster of egos and lack of understanding and uncare of the regulation by potential of public.

Prase be to Allah
I'll answer in details about terrorism specially the point you mean which is killing non-muslims.
Killing a non-Muslim when he is a mu’aahid (one of those who have a peace treaty with the Muslims) is a sin, one of the major sins.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘Whoever kills a mu’aahid will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may detected from a distance of forty days.’
Also Allah says "interpretation of the meaning"
“… if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land — it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind…”[al-Maa'idah 5:32]
Believe me There's no religion in the whole earth as fair as Islam, do you know why?? Beacause it's the religion of Allah (IT'S THE TRUE RELIGION OF THE CREATOR).
I'd be happy if everyone learns more about the truth of Islam and the link below may be helpful.

I'd like to think most adults could understand the concept of stereotypes.
Just because a large of the world's population shares a faith with a select and small group of religous extremists, does not mean they also promote thier tactics and violence.
We need to STOP looking at Terroristsas Muslims. Yes they are acting under thier faith, however it is an extreme degree and twist of thier religion, and should not be associated with the peace from the rest of the muslim world.

I live in a Muslim country and I don't know of ANYONE here who supports terrorism. So yes, from what I have witnessed personally, Muslims do oppose terrorism. I am sure there are some who agree with it, but I haven't met any yet.

Yes, we do, and we're getting a little miffed that the media keeps ignoring it when we do those many times, but focuses completely on stupid suicide bombers that have been lied to (nowhere in the Quran does it mention 72 virgins for martyrs, or even sex for that matter). We have held marches, in Washington too but not a single news crew showed up. The link I provide is a list of just a few who have condemned it. That's a big list, but most muslims strongly condemn terrorism. At least, the ones who have read the Quran and are educated have.

Plenty of Muslims oppose terrorism. But you never hear about it because our media never covers it. It doesn't make for a good, sensationalist story to keep us scared and supporting this farce of a war.
