I'm gonna be 20 soon and well 2 months to go but i want a new look my hair is past my chest and because its curly it easily gets tangled and i want to cut it to my shoulder blades would that be a bad idea or not. I want to give it more volume and less weight on the ends making it stringy... Any suggestions?

Go to a specialist for Curly and long hair. Before you "listen" to them at the shop, look for a woman with a great style and your hair type. They love to talk about their hair and ask all details including the product line she uses. Then find a stylist for you.

Curly hair cuts are very important to be layered and products applied several times a day to maintain the beauty of such.
Yet it bounces up when it dries, so take less Vs. more off, unless the ends are "toasted/ruined" and need to go. Healthy is beautiful and great cut makes all the difference.

I had super long hair(to my butt) and cut it up to right under my shoulders when I was about 20 years old, too. I absolutely loved it. Although mine is not curly, it is very thick and I was getting bad headaches because of the weight. I will be 28 in March and I am letting my hair grow out one last time for Locks of Love, then I will chop it for good on my 30th bday!

Good luck and if you are cutting off 10 inches or more, please consider donating it to Locks of Love...it's such a great cause!

It would look fine. I have curly hair and mine is a wedge cut. Cut short in the back but longer in the front. The shorter the hair cut on curly hair, more volume, easy to control, and it does not need much work.

marvelous eyeliner! =) i admire the third %hair type alot, it shouldnt be a complication to maintain up with that hair look huge-unfold, i rememeber my hair replaced into reminiscent of love that with lots of layers, because of the fact the real section is extremely short it keeps to be very poofy for me so i dont certainly need to type the real basically the ends with a straightener =)

No half measures-- why not buzz it ALL off? It's cute, convenient, and the latest trend.
