I'm not sure she is thinking anything i truly wouldn't worry about it July is a ways away and even if you get pregnant on your honeymoon you have time from there provided all goes well b4 you go on leave. I wouldn't stress it. I would more think how long you have been with the company etc... If anything she may be wondering if you are going to want to stay home with the baby for a long period of time or leave your leave your job instead of leave. cross that bridge when you get there.
Good Luck with both marriage and conceiving

Do you have maternity leave at your employment? That is your decision and she cannot discriminate against you at all for trying to have your own little miracle. Depending what kind of employment you have, I wouldnt worry about it. I am currently 37.4 weeks pregnant and one girl just came back from maternity leave as I leave and when I come back, another girl is due. They have more fun laughing at the situation and how "convient" the babies were planned-- however they were not. Good Luck-=- no worries!

She should have congradulated and been happy for you, but shes prolly thinking about who will fill your position while you are on maternity leave. THats something bosses have to worry about, ya know?

She is probably thinking about higher insurance rates of putting him on, then the invetro? reg pregnancy? another addition? time off from work? Maybe just remembering time should be spent with each other before the little one comes along? It is hard having kids...
