It doesn't seem like it now, but later you'll realize how big that 3 year age difference is. There's a huge gap from the way an 18 year-old thinks to the way a 15 year-old thinks. You're not immature, but he has had more experience than you. If you really love each other, you can wait until you're 18 before anything serious happens.

What should matter is what you feel for each other but alot of people wont see it like that because people will assume that the 15 year old female and the 18 year old male are having sex which is illegal and he could get into alot of trouble if they are and could end up on the sex offenders register regardless of weather the girl says she consented to sex or not.

Look at it from the parents point of view. I have that situation right now in my house, and I am torn. My daughter started dating a 17.5 year old. She just turned 15. How long can I expect her to stay in school; their relationship is build on getting stoned. I believe she runs the risk of exposure to things before her time; her mother approves of it, As a father I vehemently disagree under these circumstance. She will miss critical development getting hung up with a guy that will be a legal adult in months. Hopefully she comes to her senses. Way too young.

there is really nothing the matter with it...I was once that very girl at 15 dating an 18 year old...The only thing is he has to wait for the younger sexually until she is of age to make the correct decision...anything under 18 in the US is considered statutory rape...My bf, years ago, tried to wait and then he began to pressure me, so the relationship ended as I was not about to give up my virginity yet....and its a good thing because my parents would have had him charged and he would have done time in jail...Just be very careful...they must be very honest with each other and stay away from any sexual contact...

No its perfectly normal and I knew plenty of people dating around that age bracket.
He has just got to remember you are younger so no booze, no dope, you get home earlier and pref nothing further then 3rd base ok till 16.
Girls mature quicker then guys and there were plenty of 18 year olds who hadn't even been on a proper date, had a proper kiss let alone a girlfriend at 18.
As for only into one thing...
Well teengers in general are into sex stuff as most of the girls I knew from 16 as mates were always at it with boyfriends... takes two to tango and no they were not innocent and vunerable...
Several had moved out of house at 16
But Ids say you should list to everyone all the things you two like doing ie bowling, cinema etc.

Yeah you're right it's how you feel for each other, and making sure you both want the same things. Chances are it's only gonna be a fling, but the 18 year old has to make sure the 15 year doesn't feel pressurised to do things they don't want to or may not feel ready to do.

Well in the eyes of others is that a person who is of age is responsible enough to know that a person so young is confused about what they really want . We as parents are responsible for our children until they are 18 and we try to decide what is best for them , for they know no better at such a young age . As well as a 18 yr. old who should know they will go to jail if they make bad decisions . I know you don't want to wait but you have to realize people will get in serious trouble for these actions and if that 18 yr. old cant wait until the 15 yr. old is of age he or she is bad news and needs to grow up and be with someone their age . Sorry its the truth and you cant change the law cause you feel your in love SORRY !!!!!

Sometimes. Depends on whether it's abusive in any way. When I was 18 I was seeing a girl of 15, I married her 4 years later & we had two lovely children, so it can work out.
I hope I don't need to harp on about contraception/protection, should be fairly obvious I trust?

According to the government, it's a problem. But, tell your parents exactly what you told us. Think about this way. When you're 18, and one your guy friends is dating a 15 year old girl, you will think it's so gross.
