You could try a diet from A1diet. I did and I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks. If you really don't like veg and salad then the supplements you get with this will make up for that. Check the link for more info.

With great difficulty and chancing malnutrition?

Just count your calories. It all boils down to calories in and calories out. If you can eat within a reduced range (say, 1200 to 1500 per day), then you can still lose weight. However, since veggies are so low cal, you can eat a lot of them, feel full, have plenty of natural vitamins and minerals, and have a stomach full of fiber - so you minimize your cravings for food later.

Oh, and exercise is the other part of the equation.

Good luck!

You dont need to solely eat vegtables and fruit if your on a diet !
A diet is about eating sensably and in proportion to the fat and vitamin content.
All these fad diets are a load of rubbish.
When on a diet, you can eat what ever you want as long as you eat it knowing HOW much you can eat before it starts getting un healthy.
My wife did'nt change her diet at all, just eat in the right moderation and continues to loose wieght to this day.

i am dieting and i hate veges but this is what i'd do
- i eat less than what i usually eat ( half portion )
- i eat slower so that i can realise that i'm trying to lose weight and the more i eat the more guilty i'll feel
- resist temptation for midnight snacks
- do some small exercises when i overate ( usually when it comes to great food ), like instead of taking the lift, i'll walk up, or do some sit ups as 'punishment' i ate more
- skipping breakfast
- eat till you're enough, not till you're full

why don't you just get a juicer to squash all the vegetables and stuff into a drink and make mouthwatering smoothies. that way u will be having all the vitimins and minerals you need and still loose weight.

or maybe if this is easier for you just buy foods which have less calories and fat

Eat what you normally do - just eat less of it. You should read Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin" - absolutely brilliant! It's not a diet, just a way of life. I highly recommend it.

Cut back on the portions of food you are eating! Use a smaller plate makes the food look like there is more.

Nothing at all? No vegetables? Then guess what? You are not going to lose weight on protein, carbs and sugar. Probably why you need to lose weight if that's all you've been eating.

I think you will have to grow to like them. Can you disguise them with something you do like, eg create a juice with fruit and hide a carrot in it or make a sauce with tomatoes, if you like them, and puree the veg and mix it in?
