hey read my last post. I have my diet and exercise routine posted in there. I will definately help you get close to that amount of weight to lose.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

You can try the South Beach Diet. You're only on a strict for two weeks, at the end of which you'll loose 8-12 pounds. For the next couple of weeks you just limit your intake of carbs & sugars. If you have the will power, it'll be easy to loose the weight fairly quickly. Plus, you don't have to buy any special meals or books, nor do you have to join pricey clubs.

All you need to do is burn more calories in one day than you take in. If you eat about 1800 calories, try to burn 2000. Its not as hard as it sounds. Ive been doing this for about 2 weeks and i lost almost 10lbs. Six weeks is a very reasonable amount of time, so just cut back a bit and exercise a little more. If you have a few free hours go to the local mall and just walk around for a couple hours. Better than sitting at home watching tv right? Good luck to you!

Most diets are marketing BS. Limit your calorie intake to 2000 calories per day and Eat healthy. if you want to lose 15lbs quickly you should do aerobic exercises for at least 30 mins a day. I recommend running and jogging for 30mins but there are tons of activites you can do instead.

Choose faster-paced varieties of yoga such as Ashtanga or Vinyasa to burn more calories while also getting a good stretch.
