So, I'm going to eat some veggies & fruits. That sounds easy, but it's NOT! How can I change my diet to veggies & fruits, but not suffer "it tastes nasty" syndrome? Anyway to spice up the new eating habit???

You don't have to eat fruits and veggies plain. Make a fruit smoothie with berries, yogurt and milk. Add fruit to your cereal. Fill your sandwich with a variety of veggies along with your meat and cheese. Drink a can of V8 a day. Spread some peanut butter on an apple, celery or banana. Stir blueberries into your pancake batter. Stir-fry some vegetables to serve with dinner. There are a lot of different ways to add fruits and veggies into your diet without have to eat them just the way they come. Be creative and you won't hardly even notice you're eating them!
