My friend told me that even though she goes to bed at the right time she still stays lazy the rest of the day she feels like sleeping and never getting up but she has to. What should she do she told me she does not drink water at all or she does not have 5 fruit or veg a day can this be the problem. How can u have 5 fruits and veg a day u can't just be eating and eating.

your suppose to eat right and drink water every day, that could be a problem and she at least have to have some fruit and veggies often. she don't have to be eating and eating, where suppose to be eating 5 or 6 times a day she can have one for morning, lunch, dinner, and snacks for in between. her amuse system could be low and she need to start taking vitamins every day it would give her more energy.

I used to to be like that, but I started to take brisk walks for about 15min when I get up in the morning and bought a bottle of water with me. This will get your blood going and get you some energy through out the day keep doing this if you don't have a medical condition and consult with a doctor first.
As for the veggies and fruits just make it simple if you like a certain fruit or veggie just eat that certain one anything is better than nothing and it does not have to be five fruits and veggies. For me it was green apples and I slowly started with everything else.
I have to admit that if I did not drink water everyday I just feel like a total slump and my skin was dull, and had uneven patches. Think of drinking water as a beauty regimen just keep a bottle of water handy with you at all times.
This is not a diet, but a very simple way to feeling better trust me it worked for me, now I have tons of energy for my 3yr. old.

I want to make sure you understand its 5 "fruits and veggies" not 5 fruits AND 5 veggies. Just want to make we're clear on that. Up until a few months ago I didnt even realize I wasnt eating any fruits or veggies until I started tracking all my meals. Now I make it a point to eat them.

She needs to get into the habbit of drinking water. It doesnt have to be plain water, if she likes tea (hot or cold) she can have that, so what I like to do specially in the summer time is squeeze some lemon juice in my water. Its so refreshing.

She may be malnutritioned and may want to see a doctor.

A person should take take a minimum of two litres of water as human blood consists mostly of water. Persons suffering from constipation, laziness etc. should drink atleast 4 litres of water. Tell your friend to take four litres of water in winter and five litres in Summer and that should solve her problem.
