Depends if the charges were legit or not.
ALso be sure to factor in how much the company will charge you to reclaim.
If the difference between what they charge and what you reclaim is $100 or less. DOnt bother as the company might charge you if they get the money or not.
So lets say the bank has $400 you want to reclaim and the company will charge you $300 to get it back.
Might as well cut your losses since you might have to pay the $300 either way and instead of getting back $100.00 you might now be $700 in the hole!

The Citizens Advice Bureau. You can try to be your own solicitor, or find a no win no fee agent.
When banks start charging us money for having accounts with them (which they have never done before) - you see who has the REAL power in this country - I hope they don't get away with it and it will go down in history as a disasterous move for them!

no but write em a letter sayin what you were charged and then say if you dont remove these charges then i will take you to court thier was a bloke in the news that did this and the banks are now scared i think it was only a few quid tho he was overdrawn by answer no1 has the website he setup.ha ha goood luck stick it to em
