Its a Bus Manufactured by Volvo which is a Swedish MNC and partly owned by General Motors. They Manufacture the Bus in India as well and its a rear engined Fully airconditioned / heated bus with a monocoque frame. Quite expensive compared to other Indian busses but has a very high reliability.

A company in Sweden manufacture VOLVO buses and in India we consider these as luxury buses, there body design differ from the Indian buses, usually ther engines are beneath the body and also in the back of the bus body so there is no noise inside and flat floor with more space as engine is not visible inside the bus

There are Volvo buses, like real buses made by Volvo. And then there are the "buses" that are quite similar to the VW "bus" that people drive around. More like a van.
