Go ahead and make friends with boys as normally as you would with a girl. Its no big deal really. And it might be helpful for you to know that it is boys who are more eager to find a girlfriend. So that is half of your work done. Good luck.

Go out to public places, or if you are a student, study with people, ask guys questions about school and life... I mean, get social and it'll eventually find you :)
Or you may just find a partner online, but it's not recommended.
