norton puts them in quantine then i download the tools to shift them i get back the response none found?but in my document ive got a file to fix the viruses what the hells with that any advice.

i had this same problem. I think it is Trojan Zlob. Anti spyware popups kept hiding my home page I eventually cleared it by loading adaway ,I think that what it was called.since then (I also have Norton ) I have had no more trouble.

Some viruses are embedded deep in programs and by the time you get rid of all your problems which it looks like you have a couple of them, you should consider backing up all your work, pics, music, personal information, etc. Format your hard disk and reinstall windows from scratch. If your on the Internet a lot you probably have a lot of garbage in your computer that needs to be flushed out anyways and that is the quickest way to do it.
