usually if it say sugar free it will have artificial sweetners in it, but sometimes a drink may contain sugar from an added ingredient so just check the information on the back of the can or bottle before drinking it.

The key word is SUGAR.
If it says sugar FREE then it has no sugar. Read the list on the package. Other things are put in that are sweet. It's all there, all you have to do is read it. ~;}

None. However, the artificial sweeteners aren't good for normal consumption. You can in up with a really bad headache if you drink those kind all the time
