You can dip the bottom of the tray into some warm or hot water. This will melt the bottoms and make it easier for the ice to drop out.

When you make them, use hot water. I don't know why but they just seem to pop out when they are frozen. Otherwise, sit the tray in a little warm water for a minute and they should pop out.

Make sure you don't fill them above the plastic dividers before freezing, otherwise they freeze into one uber-icecube. The easiest way to pop them out is to twist the tray diagonally.

when filling them up use hot water. This will make the ice come out easier and it won't have any of those little white floaties in the water either.
