I am almost 20 years old, and 5'3. . . and I wanna lose some weight by the summertime, and I was wondering what people think i should weight and my age and height. . . i just want an idea for a goal! thanks!!

Depends on your frame, but a healthy BMI for 5'3" is 107 to 140 pounds.

hey girl im 21 and 5'5 weighed 135 and feel good about that and still want to loose more just eat a lot of vegetables fruits less greasy food and you'll feel and see the difference

How much do you currently weight? It depends on your frame size and how much muscle you have. Between 105lb and 140lb is the target weight for your height.

120-125 would be a good, healthy weight.
