I eat way to much mcdonald's and high fat content foods. I have a fast metabolism so I never gain weight, I just need to protect my arteries from getting clogged. I hate all vegetables, so it's hard to find healthy snacks. I eat tons of snacks, but they are not good for me.I am 16 and only work part time. So I don't have much money to buy the good organic products. Any ideas for snacks???

If you eat at Micky D's a lot, try their fruit and walnut salads. I don't know if you like fruit or not based on you question, so it's worth a try to tell you a few ideas. Yogurt is good on basically any fruit. Get the low fat kind. Try warming an apple in the oven for a while. Pretzels are low in fat, however, they are high in salt. Cereal is also a good choice. It contains vitamins and minerals that you are not getting from vegetables. It's also pretty cheap. Put some 1% milk on it. On cereal it is hard to tell the difference between milks. I think so, anyway.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I like rice cakes (they have many different flavors), and Quaker granola bars. If you like fruit eat apples, oranges, etc.
