How does he get into the gym if he isn't a member? If he is a member, he's entitled to be there, unless the gym closes for the night. In that case, the management of the gym needs to check each area of the gym before locking the doors to go home, especially the sauna! Safety and security issues are being violated! In this case, tell one of the trainers or managers.
If the gym is open all night, leave it alone. Perhaps his personal situation is different than yours.

Well if it bothers you that much tell management, just remember that this man has no where else to go if he's sleeping in the gym. So if it will make you more comfortable for him not to be there, remember that he needs a place to sleep so you may want to write down the address to the nearest homeless shelter so that the man can have some kind of direction as to where to turn to next.

Ok course you should tell management. especially if he's sleeping in the sauna room, he could die of overheating!

For safety and health reasons, you should report the incident before it endangers the gym's members.
