hey guys, im on probation but they havent gav me a court order for drug testing. but i kno my probation officer mite still drug test me. i used to smoke at least once a day for a couple months, maybe evn a year. but i stoppd smokin about 8 weeks ago. ive been working out and dieting, which sped up my metabolism alot. what are the chances of me failing my drug test, and how long will it stay in my system? another thing, will they violate my probation if i fail?

If you haven't smoked for 8 weeks the marijuana won't still be in your urine. It will always remain in your hair though, even if you smoked 5 years ago and shaved your head since then. I wouldn't worry about failing a drug test though, as long as you haven't done any other drugs recently.

don't worry. You are most likely fine if at has been a solid 8 weeks. I think it stays in the system for about 30 days, depending on the amount you used.
There are over the counter drug tests, you could buy one and test yourself to be 100% sure.
Your PO may test you and it would be a violation because it's an illegal substance. BUT, like I said, you are most likely good to go. Just don't do anything stupid.

It depends on how long since you last smoked.

Marijuana normally will stay in your system for up to 30 days if you were a frequent user. If you haven't smoked in 2 months, you should be in the clear.
I don't know what state you live in, but in my state a dirty urine CAN mean a parole violation.

unlike most of the more "hardcore" drugs, weed actually stays in your body for quite a long time...it really depends on your body. sometimes people pass them a month after stopping, while for some people it will take 3. i have a feeling you passed though, because it doesn't sound you smoked on many days.

on average it stays in your system for about 30 days, so you should be fine. if it showed up on your test, it will probably violate your probation.

I have heard that marijuana can stay in your system for up to 30 days. You should be okay. Glad that you quit, smoking anything is nasty!

it should be gone by now if you smoke cigarette u should stick to that its a 50 50 just hope for the best

weed stays in your system for 30 days.......go to your health store get Golden Seals......take one capsule every hour on the hour with plenty of water....it works i tried for job i got hired....it don't cost much less then $10....good luck
