I've given out some stars, but very few. I think the reason for that is that I'm REALLY putting myself out there when I star a question. So I'm pretty picky.

"Give out stars??????"
Stars are for noting which questions I would like to look back on at a future time. How can I "give out" questions I want to look back on? It makes no sense.
If I consider a question interesting enough to revisit, it has nothing to do with anybody else.

I don't see the benefit, to be honest. I have given out a few, but for the most part, I feel it's a meaningless exercise.
