I do have a general translation, but many of the words are not explained.

I would like it if I may have a word-for-word translation so I can know what exactly it is that I am saying... exactly what each word means...

Leave all this lengthy sub ways and take the high way because you might be lost. Merge within with perfectly purified heart and mind, leaving all the worldly (physical) thoughts only while meditating at home and not outside mind well, as you may loose concentration in other things, even come to face accident like events. I always advise with caution. Never do anything emotionally but of course with lot of zeal and spirit (energetic). This is in fact the real shanti path. The one you mentioned above is also true but inferior and lengthy for the people of very impure heart and thoughts.
