Diet and excercise.

Don't eat processed food (McD's, Wendy's, BK), high-fructose corn syrup, things high in saturated fat and trans fats. Eat nuts, and yogurt along with the fruits and veggies. Eat lean meat and some lean red meats.

EXERCISE!! 20-30 mins a day will do wonders. Do cardio about 3 times a week and give your self time. You didn't gain the weight over night, you wont lose it over night either. It is safe to lose up to 2 lbs a week. Any more than that and you are most likely losing muscle not fat. Muscle weighs more that fat, but muscle is easier for your body to break down for energy.

Don't fall under about 1200 cals a day (give or take 100 depending on height, age etc). If you do, your body will think it is in starvation mode and lower your metabolism therefore burning less in general. If you workout while you cut back in cals your body will 'be tricked' into thinking that it needs to hold onto the muscle because it needs it, so it will go to your fat stores for energy.

Thus losing weight and being able to keep it off. And remember you don't have to finish your plate - it wont help the starving people around the world, it will just make you bloated and over stuffed. If you don't feel hungry any more - stop eating. It takes your brain 20 minutes to register that you are full so eat slowly and drink lots of water. Most times that you feel hungry are really because your body is dehydrated.

The Trim System Body Kit is really good. It focuses on the Protein Plus Diet created by the Better Life Institute which encourgages healthy balanced eating for a lasting lifestyle change.
It also comes with delicious meal supplements like protein bars and shakes and natural supplements like CLA, Citrimax and Chromatemeate so you will curb your appetite and retain muscle while you are losing fat.
For excercise it comes with DVDs that only take 10 minutes per day and focus on the four basics of cardio, weight bearing, core and stretching.
This is simply the easiest, most natural and complete program I know of.
You can get it at www.jewel.mychoices.biz All the best.

Well, you can always go for the no-carb thing. That will drop about half of your excess weight fairly quickly. But then the effectiveness of that diet drops to almost nothing. And that method is unhealthy in other ways.

The best thing is to simply eat fewer calories. And you really need to do some aerobic excercise... something that gets your heart pumping and your breathing heavy.

Other tips: Stay away from saturated and trans-fats. That includes anything that has been "hydrogenated." That simply means an unsaturated fat was chemically changed into a saturated fat. Also, stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup. This is hard, as that stuff is in EVERYTHING! The body does not recognize this stuff as food, like it does with regular sugar (sucrose). So consuming it does not sate your hunger or metabolism.

The foremost thing to remember is to consume less calories than you burn. Eat more vegetables and lean meats and stay away from sweets and starchy foods. Starchy foods (if not burned off) will turn to sugar in the body. Drink about 32 ounces of water a day. Then the last thing to do is to get active. Walk, run, swim....I like walking myself.

Now this is the way I have lost weight and kept it off................
1) No sugar including but not limited to candy, cookies, shakes, cokes etc.

2) No starchy foods including but not limited to such foods as potatos, corn, breads etc.

3) Eat as much meat and eggs as you want. This includes
Vienna Sausages, deli meats etc. You can even eat fried
chicken (no flour of course).

4) You can eat nuts however keep them to a minimum.

5) You want to consume no more than 10 grams of
carbohydrates a day.

I guarantee you that you will lose weight. If you stick to the general principles of this outline, you will lose approximately
7-10lbs the first week.
Good luck.

Never sit! Find an activity outside to do. Meet friends, go shopping, always find an alternative solution for your snack intakes.

Manage your time. Be vvery organize and be strict with yourself.

Have a good breakfast. Eat five times a day. Make sure that you stop eating three hours before you sleep at night. Meat takes about 6 hours to digest, so sort out your time appropriatly so that you wont be sleeping while your stomach is trying to digest the food.

Have at least 2 litres of water. Make your life stress free!
15 min of cardio like jogging is a good start. It works better to excercise early in the morning, because you will start burning more as you go through your day.

Try not to have processed foods or canned. Take time and cook, that could be an activity, because cooking a good meal takes at least an hour or 2, by that time you wont be as hungry as you once were.

Change your serving plates and spoon to a smaller size. As in BUY new plates which are smaller than your original one, and put smaller portion of food on there. Because eating has something to do with your psychology as well.

Look at japanese dishes they are all small, there are only 2 - 5 pieces of sushi and thats more than enough.
When you start eating small portions but regularly it increases your metabolism rate and it will help clean your inner system as well. This will help better with the blood circulation aroudn your body.

There are more to it than this, but try to go with these basic ones and notice the difference.

IMPORTANT NOTE* listen to your body, find out its needs if necessary go to a nutrition so that you can get the best out of your meals. Nutritionist and gyms might be a huge cost, but never consider them as a cost for your body, because its mandatory and its a priority to have a healthy good body. Because the conscious of how your body looks and feels changed your spirit throughout your time. Good luck

Focus on changing the habits that cause you to gain weight in the first place.

Everyone knows that you need to eat right and exercise, but so much of NOT doing this is because we are in comfortable eating patterns, and enjoy the couch more than the gym. By focusing on the habits (chips with a sandwich, nightly candy bar, Coke with every meal, not eating vegetables unless they are beer-battered and deep fried), you can develop healthy habits which will lead you towards weightloss.

No magic bullet, just common sense. I'm not kidding myself - it's hard work, emotionally taxing, but definately worthwhile.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! A healthy diet with low calories and cardio exercise. Keep within your target heart rate while you exercise and drink lots of water all day long, everyday. Stay away from foods high in sodium as they retain water. A diet high in fiber will also help promote weight loss!
