what do i do to get this guy's attention, he works on the same building, and he's window is facing mine, since he's on the other side of the building. i dont even know if he has a girlfriend, married or gay! but he's pretty cute and seems like a nice guy. i came out of a relationship some weeks ago and i'm also afraid to get hurt by a guy again. how can i get his attention?????

Get up the courage and start up a conversation...find him at an unexpected place like the cafe,(by coincidence of course, hee hee) and be like, hey don't your work in that building? You look like this guy who I sometimes see in the window. My name is so and so nice to meet you.
Youll find out by his reaction if he is flattered or might be in a relationship. But you shouldn't be in a rush to get into something else so quickly. Have fun, join a dancing class or music any likings to keep your mind off guys.

personallly, i think you're moving to fast. you said you just got out of a relationship and you are afraid of getting hurt again. take it slow, doll. make sure you dress nice for work everyday, smile whenever you see each other, occasional engage in casual conversation with him, if you have office meetings and there's an available seat beside him, take it-grow in friendship first. if he likes you, tele-tele signs will begin to develop and you can move forward or he will begin to move towards you. if not, you two can become casual or great friends and no love lost in between.
i think the real question is: are you afraid of being alone and if so, why?

You're a female, you don't have to do anything, It's much easier for a woman to find someone that a man to do the same. Women get to be picky. Also, don't beat around the bush, just introduce yourself. When you do this you can get a glance at his left hand to check his status. Be bold

first you should wave at him then get his name and talk with him(don't get romantic yet) then ask for his number and wait for him to call . . .3 weeks after you talked to him then ask him if he has a gf or w/e and if he does then don't act sad just stay friends and if you feel love for him then tell him how you feel . . .I hope this helps!
