We thought he was gagging himself by putting his fingers in his mouth too deep when his pacifier falls out, but last night it was still in. This has been going on for 4 days, all but 1 night.

He has no other symptoms, is not crying, coughing or anything else. No fever, not dehydrated, and acts great the rest of the day.

Help! I'm afraid he will choke.

I would call your Dr. I would also make sure his tippie cups get washed real good after he uses them and look to see if any mold in his room or house any new cleaners you are using or carpet stuff? just look around your house. Can he reach the toothpaste because it is dangerous. I don't know just check all things out around where he is or what he can get to,

Yes, you should take her to the doc. Try propping her up at night and keep a close eye on her. It probably won't work if she squirms aorund like my son when he's sleeping. But call the doc ASAP.
