Coming from a large family myself I know by experience you can't live your life tring to please everyone else. It is up to the family to be happy and satisfied. Not you. It will make you unhappy if you ignore your own needs in life because you focus only on others. Just be a loving and understanding family member and if that doesn't make your family happy enough then it is out of your reach.

You don't say how old you are or your family members. But, you can't do anything about their personal happiness it has to come from within. Their satisfaction has to come from within as well. Such as doing a job well, that is if they are in that category.

if you do that then you yourself will end up burnt out and unhappy, because your needs for happiness are not being met. each person is responsible for his or her own happiness. but to answer your question...nothing. let them find and fulfill their own happiness and you worry about your own.

we should do everything we can to let these people know they are loved and appreciated. Say I love you more often and don't be stingy with hugs and smiles. Small favors, big favors and simple acts of kindness always show we care.
