The best solution:
Recall the most amazing memory you have, for example making love with the person you used to be with. I know it sounds weird but, eventually you get used to it and when you don't feel a thing at all when you remember those things, you'll be over that someone.
Of course... I'm not saying you'll forget. We never "forget".

You start not thinking about them Morning, Noon and Night... It comes slow... depending on how deep the relationship was and how long it lasted. Sometimes it never fully goes away but you learn how to go on with life.

most times it's orange with large black wording on it, sometimes it says: "stop a head" sometimes: "dead end"... that's what clues me in.
