It's not my buisness to try. My buisness is to trust God for all my needs, in every facet of life. Otherwise I get a concieved notion of whatever society and I think about what 'good' is. And that's going to change over the years and always be arbitrary.

He makes me new. So I trust him for it. As soon as I take that away from him, I am leaning upon my own understanding.

We wont completely abolish the sin nature until we die and put on our new, incorruptible bodies.

2 Corinthians 5:17 speaks of the present & future tense of our states.

Yes because He did state in Luke 5, " [37]And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the new wine will burst the skins, the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. [38] No, new wine must be poured into new wineskins. [39] And no one after drinking old wine wants the new, for he says, 'The old is better.' "

we can become new, because Christ died so that we can. We cannot do it on our one- It is Christ's righteousness not our own. we are precious in God's sight because He sees us through Christ's eyes. We can still sin, but Christ died for our salvation but also made a way so that we can become like Him.

No, your sinful nature does not disappear upon conversion earthly speaking. It is a saint sinner paradox. If you sinful nature disappeared then why does one still sin?

Immersing yourself in theological dogma is a grevious insult to God. Life is for living and when the time comes you'll be asked to account for your actions.

No, we cannot do that..
That is what God does FOR us.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" 2 Cor. 5:17
Meaning, if you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, God made you a new creation. you did nothing, but accept His free gift.
