Yes, they do, however you must make sure that they are in a container that can be x-rayed (such as plastic). You must also let the airlines know that you intend to bring cremated remains on your flight. Call the airlines a few days before the flight and find out any specific instructions. Take care!

Hello. I believe that on internal flights this is possible but you need to contact the airline individually. There would be strict laws on storage etc.

Taking them to another country would be a diffferent matter and again, I would refer directly to the airline.

How would they know you had them? Do you mean to carry with you, on board?? I'd suggest you check them with your checked luggage.
