totally help them up unless someone else gets to them first. one time i was walking out of a store and this elderly woman was getting out of the passanger side of an suv that was parked next to a curb and fell and somehow got stuck partly under the car and between the curb. i was on the other side of the road, but by the time i got closer her husband and 2 other men were already helping her. i was going to offer my cell phone in case they needed help, but it was across from a local college and the campuss police saw it and drove over.
now if its a kid on those damn heely skates that falls.... i just point and laugh. they totally deserve it. i hate those stupid things. and they shouldnt be allowed in stores.

Depending, help a lady up and try to get a cheap feel if she's hot, if it is a buddy, try not to fall while laughing my @ss off.

I always ask if they are okay, but I have seen people walk around them or in one case literally step over them.

Help them up, gather their belongings and ask if they are ok. Then, when they can't see me, I laugh a little (Hey, Iwould laugh at me, too, if I fell down)
